Pack Out & Secure Storage
Clearing a room is more than moving furniture out of the way. We record what leaves the property, pack items with attention to their size and fragility, and store them securely while the work is done. When the space is ready, we bring them back with the same care.
Pack Out Timed to the Work
Belongings are moved when the cleanup or repairs require the space, with the return planned for when the room is ready.
A Record of What Leaves
Items are inventoried as they leave the property, so there is a clear account of what went into storage.
Packed for What They Are
Furniture, fragile pieces, and everyday belongings receive different handling not the same box and wrapping for everything.
Secure Until They Return
Belongings are kept in secure storage while work is underway, then brought back using the inventory as a guide.

Carefully packed for secure storage.

Pack Out & Secure Storage Explained.
What Will You Need While Your Belongings Are Away?
Before packing begins, it helps to set aside the things your household will need during the work: important papers, everyday clothing, keys, and personal items. Not everything in a room has to travel to storage simply because the room is being cleared.
We go through those priorities with you before items leave, so something you need next week does not disappear into a packed box.
Not Every Item Is Ready for Storage
Belongings affected by water, soot, or smoke may need attention before they can be stored alongside unaffected items. A wet upholstered chair, for example, should not simply be wrapped and put away as though it were dry.
Those items are identified separately. We discuss which can go into storage, which may need cleaning or drying, and which require a closer decision. Moisture control matters because damp materials can support mold growth.
The Inventory Is for the Return, Too
An inventory is not just a list made when the truck leaves. Recording items by room and keeping track of what went into storage gives everyone a reference while the work is underway and when it is time to bring things back.
It also makes questions easier to resolve without asking you to remember the contents of every drawer or box from memory.
Pack Back Is Its Own Part of the Job
Returning belongings before a room is ready only puts them in the way of the work again. Once the space can receive them, items are brought back and placed with reference to the inventory and the rooms they came from.
That final step deserves the same attention as packing: checking what returned, handling furniture carefully, and leaving the home usable not just unloading boxes at the door.
