Website Terms of Use

Using This Website

Welcome to the Pacific Elite Restoration website. These terms govern your use of this website and your inquiries through it. If you authorize restoration work, the proposal and written agreement for that project will identify the company contracting with you and set out the scope, price, payment terms, and responsibilities for the work. The website does not replace that agreement.

Services and inquiries

Pacific Elite Restoration helps property owners arrange and manage restoration projects. Depending on the project, work may be performed by Pacific Elite Restoration or by independent contractors. We remain available to help coordinate communication throughout the project. The company identified in the written project agreement is the contracting company for that work.
Submitting a form or speaking with us does not itself authorize work or guarantee that a crew is available, that an inspection will occur at a particular time, or that a particular project will be accepted. Project details, pricing, and any applicable promotion must be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Insurance

You are responsible for contacting your insurer to report a loss. We or the company performing the work may provide information about the damage and proposed work and communicate with your insurer about the project where appropriate. Coverage, the deductible, the approved scope, and claim payments are determined by the insurer under your policy. Information on this site is general and is not a guarantee of insurance coverage, a claim settlement, or a particular reimbursement amount.

Website information

Descriptions, service areas, and response times on this site provide general information and may vary with location, access, conditions at the property, and availability. A qualified person must assess the property before the scope of work can be finalized. If you suspect an immediate threat to life or safety, contact emergency services.

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms by posting a new version. Changes to these website terms do not rewrite an existing signed project agreement. Questions about the website can be directed to us through the Contact page.

New Client Restoration Offer Terms

New clients may qualify for a project credit on restoration work, whether the project is paid for privately or involves an insurance claim. The credit is available across restoration service categories, subject to the conditions below. It is provided by the company identified as the contractor in the written project agreement.

  1. Project size. The agreed price of the eligible restoration project must be more than $10,000. Multiple unrelated jobs cannot be combined to reach this minimum.

  2. Credit amount. The credit is the lower of 10% of the agreed eligible restoration project price or $2,000. For example, a qualifying $12,000 project may receive a $1,200 credit. Crossing the $10,000 threshold does not guarantee a $2,000 credit. On a project involving an insurance deductible, the credit will not exceed that deductible.

  3. Insurance projects. For a credit intended to offset an insurance deductible, the insurer must determine the amount of the repair or replacement claim, or accept the estimate for the relevant work, and the work must be performed in accordance with that determination or accepted estimate. Insurance coverage and claim payment are determined by the insurer, not by Pacific Elite Restoration or the contractor. If an insurance claim is denied, the project may still qualify as a private pay project if the customer chooses to proceed and the other offer conditions are met.

  4. Written confirmation. The contracting company will confirm eligibility and the exact credit in writing before the customer authorizes work. The credit will be shown in the project documentation and applied to the contracting company's invoice in a manner consistent with applicable law and, where relevant, the insurer's determination. No customer should rely on a verbal promise of a credit.

  5. Limits. This offer is for a new customer on one eligible restoration project. It cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with another promotion for the same work. If the eligible project price does not exceed $10,000, the offer does not apply. A change in the agreed work may change the credit, with the revised amount confirmed in writing.

  6. Changes to the offer. We may change or end the offer for future inquiries. The written credit confirmed to an eligible customer under an accepted project agreement will be honored according to that agreement.

For questions about the offer, call the number on our Contact page. Your final written proposal and project agreement identify the company responsible for applying any confirmed credit.
